Women Equipping Women is a faith-based women's ministry of Perseverance Ministries dedicated to helping women grow spiritually, understand their God-given identity, develop their gifts, mature in biblical truth, and walk confidently in their purpose and calling.

Vision
Women Equipping Women exists to assist women leaders in the Body of Christ as they pursue and maintain their God-given destiny. The ministry is committed to helping women grow in spiritual maturity, biblical understanding, leadership, family, business, ministry, mentorship, and service. The vision includes supporting women as godly women, wives, mentors, ministry leaders, spiritually mature leaders, businesswomen, teachers, examples to younger Christians, mothers, virtuous women, and intercessors.
Mission
Our mission is to equip women through biblical teaching, prayer, mentorship, spiritual development, loving correction, encouragement, counsel, accountability, fellowship, impartation, education, and practical support. Women Equipping Women seeks to fill the void of support that many women experience in leadership and ministry.
