Candis Hall Merritt

Candis Hall-Merritt is the Founder and Executive Director of Perseverance Ministries and the visionary architect of The H.U.B., a comprehensive community restoration initiative dedicated to serving vulnerable individuals and families throughout Illinois. Through her leadership, she provides executive oversight for ministry operations, strategic planning, community partnerships, leadership development, and outreach initiatives that strengthen educational stability, food security, family wellness, and long-term community resilience.

As the leader of Perseverance Ministries, Apostle Hall-Merritt is committed to advancing the Kingdom of God through biblical teaching, discipleship, prayer, leadership development, and community transformation. Her ministry is built upon the belief that spiritual growth and practical outreach work together to restore lives, strengthen families, and build healthier communities.
